Meraki Music + Bayou City Hospice

We are honored to be partnered with Bayou City Hospice providing individual and group music therapy services to their patients. 

The end of life can be a scary time for families and their loved ones. Our goal is to help your loved one be as comfortable as possible through it. We provide support to our hospice patience focused on quality of life and improving relaxation. We love having family involved in the sessions as well. Family sessions provide an opportunity for bonding and memory recall of special times together tied to different songs.
